ShiftRoots is a digital transformation studio specializing in custom web development, workflow and AI automation, and operation tools (CRM, ERP, POS setups).

• Consultations: Any initial 30-minute consultation or strategy session is exploratory and does not bind ShiftRoots to perform work without a formal engagement contract.
• Contracts: All active engineering, implementation, and consulting work is governed by separate, mutually signed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) specifying exact scopes, fees, and timelines.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All elements of the Site - including visual design, scripts, graphics, content structure, layouts, and logos (excluding open-source icons or stock media assets owned by Unsplash or related third parties) - are the intellectual property of ShiftRoots and are protected by international copyright laws.

You may not replicate, modify, distribute, or copy any codebase structure or design templates from the Site for commercial use without express written consent.

4. Acceptable Site Use

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Attempting to compromise the Site security or overload the underlying servers.
